Hi Michal,

The Lockdown Template HTML files are stored within the database, they can be found through the Shared File Browser. I'll show you how:

1. Navigate to Global Settings

2. Scroll down to "Site Name"

3. Press Left CTRL + Left SHIFT then click the "Site Name" row

4. Select "Lockdown Menu Template"

5. Now you'll need to individually click each template and press export

You're also welcome to submit a Feature Request to bulk select these rows, you can do so via support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net.

If this resolves your post, please mark this as the solution. Any questions or clarification needed, feel free to reach out.

Regards,

Hello,

i don't use mobicontrol on version v15.2.3 but you can simply copy paste html code and store the content where you want.

I know a little the database mobicontrol , there is a table name > fileList (version v 13.3.3454) where you can find information

these table is linked with another table fileBlock where the content of the html is store.

Make just a back up of your db and it's ok also.

Hello Michal,

for me, the best solution is to save everyday the database..

As this you're on top is the system is down for some reasons ...

As far as I know, there is currently no way to back up or export ALL 130+ html templates with a few clicks on the web-console user-interface.

Hi Michal,

As said in my earlier post, you should not be able to export ALL 130+ files globally (e.g. have multiple files selected) with a few clicks, but have to export each file one after the other in the Shared File Browser.  If you can do a global export on your MobiControl server, please share how you achieve that.  Thanks.
