Hi All,
We were trying to update the SOTI MobiControl on our server with version 15.1.1.1184, but it gives an error message at the beginning:
The problem is that after installing .NET Framework 4.7.1, it still gives the same error. (If I try to install .NET again, it gives an error, that it's already installed, so Windows can see it).
Have you met such an issue?

The help files are wrong with this information, you need NetFramework 4.8 and NetCore 3.1

Have you rebooted your Windows Server after the .NET installation/upgrade?
For my customers, I also have the following .NET components installed beforehand :
- NDP472-KB4054530-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU
- ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu
- dotnet-runtime-3.1.8-win-x64
- windowsdesktop-runtime-3.1.8-win-x64

It is wrong on site and msi installer this information!

Thank you for your post on SOTI Central, I am glad this is working for you now.
Just in-case anyone else lands on this thread in the future, the System Requirements for v15.1.1 were updated on our help guide which is available here: System Requirements (soti.net)
Regarding the error message, I understand this was resolved in the latest installers to include the correct prerequisites.
