Does anyone have a solution on how to disable Private DNS during enrollment into SOTI? I have some Zebra MC3300x models that were failing to enroll because of this so I was hoping to integrate this into a StageNow barcode or xml file but it doesn't seem to be a feature that I can control at this time.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you see on the device when it says enrollment failed?

It's just the generic enrollment failed screen because the device is using Port 853 for DNS instead of Port 53. Our firewalls block 853 right now so it can't resolved the server hostname. I need a way to disable Private DNS before the agent downloads to reach out to the server. Only thing I've been able to find is a way to disable it after it gets into SOTI.

We cannot do anything from SOTI's end to disable private DNS prior enrollment. But, you could create a feature request with Zebra to get this in the Stagenow or ask if they have this feature in place.
