Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I have set up a test device with custom data and I can see the fields under the device details screen but no values. The values do however show up under the collected data tab. I'd like to be able to see these values reflected on the device details screen also
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server? Have your forced any device check-in and then screen refresh before checking device details view?

I'm using mobicontrol v15.2.2.1080. I've tried forcing check-in, sync now and then hard refreshing the screen and still do not see anything in the device details view. I think my data and xpath expression must be ok as I'm seeing the correct values in the collected data view so I'm guessing this must be a bug in this version of mobicontrol.

Based on your test results, I believe you should send an email directly to support@soti.net to officially open a support case. I don't think any Soti moderator of this forum will do that for you.
