Hi Everyone,
I am facing an issue where some android entrprise devices are having the password enforcement and were resterted and are not connected to the console now despite having internet connection. I tried to reset the password through the platform notifications service by sending the password reset command resetpassword abc123. but still this fails. Have you faced this kind of lockout and have you successfully resolved this?
What are the server and device agent versions and enrollment mode of your problematic device?
What about the Android firmware version of your problematic device?
Sending resetpassword command via platform notification service to unlock an on-line and restarted device might need to wait about 10-15 minutes for the new password to take effect. This assumed that the restarted device has valid and working connection set up before the device gets restarted.
