error SSL cerrtificate

HI, I bought an ssl paid certificate. Put it on my web server but now, soti surf application shows this message at each connection: "here’s a problem with this website’s security certificate. Proceed anyway?"

Same website on chrome or any browser works fine.

I don't know what to do

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse.

Kindly refer to the below instructions and let me know if that works for you.

  1. Open the SOTI Surf configuration profile in SOTI MobiControl.
  2. Check the SSL certificate-related settings:
    • Allow Access to Websites with Invalid SSL Certificate
    • Allow Invalid SSL Certificate Warnings
  3. If you do not want Surf to keep prompting, make sure the profile is not configured to allow invalid SSL certificate access/warnings .
  4. If your intent is certificate-based website authentication, configure the Certificate payload and the SOTI Surf payload together, add the URL under Configure Catalog, enable Certification Authority, and deploy the profile to the device.
