What version of SOTI Assist are you using?  By the looks of it you are able to sign in but it is not working as expected after that.  

On November 1st we are re-releasing the latest version of SOTI Assist 1.5 and and it will be available for public usage.   This may be the direction you may want to go to take advantage of the new features we are offering.

Nonetheless, the help document should have plenty of useful information on how to use the application, and I can provide you with more information after it's release.    In the meantime the current helpfile for the version you are on is located in menu options, (three lines in top left corner) under help.

We installed the evaluated version of Soti Assist ''SetupSOTIAssist_1.0_3918.msi''.

I looked that the listen ports have to configured. I will try to do it.

As soon as the version 1.5 will be available, I will upgrade Soti Assist.
