Hello,

I reviewed the above link and sent "enforce_rcaccessibility 1" using Legacy Script Mode.

Logs show:

Custom log (Generic plugin is not yet installed)

Script was sent to device (enforce_rcaccessibility 1)

Device agent did not restart nor pending actions presented.

Is there an SOTI plugin to get this to work?

Looking at Teamviewer as an alternative and remote control works on Pixel 6 Android 13 by using this add-on

I was going to say, the error message indicated that the Generic Plugin was missing:

Thanks for replying. The article I linked had the answer but the SOTI PULSE search didn't pull it up - wished it was better i.e. sort by date, likes, etc. Had to Google it.

Meant to add:

Device is Work Managed.

Agent version is 15.4.5.1051

Pixel 6 Endpoint Work Mangaged
