Show screenshot of device information/details tab in the web-console.  There is a section showing the malware definitiion update version, last scan and quarantine date, etc.

In the past, I did give demo to customer.  I searched for malware package downloaded from university studying Android security, got them installed.  The malware installed were successfully scanned at scheduled scan time, reported and quarantined. An alert rule also got triggered and email sent to designated recepient.  The quarantined file could also be found in the quarantine location configured.

What is the version of MobiControl you are using? What is the device agent version? If you are using android devices, any agent version 13.5 and above will be using the Bitdefender antivirus engine.

All android agents 13.4 and below would be using the Webroot antivirus engine.

We recommend our clients to upgrade their android device agents to 13.5 or above before December 31^st 2018 in order to continue receiving antivirus protection.

As Raymond had mentioned previously, the device details tab in web-console does show Antivirus Definition Update information which you can check to see when they were last updated.

we are using 13.5 agent version,Again my Client  looking for  any evidence of bitdefender antivirus,how we  can ensure that webroot or other antivirus is there.

I was able to see that BitDefender Antivirus is present on the device by capturing device ADB logs when the Anti-virus profile was installed and registered with the BitDefender Mirror Server. I wasn't able to capture logs from the definition update as my test device has the latest definitions. See log snippets below.

Unfortunately, there is no option in MobiControl that will display the Anti-virus that is in use. We are only able to see the Anti-virus definition version and when the last definition update took place from the web console. As mentioned by JMod, as long as your device agents are at least 13.5 and your version of MobiControl is 13.4.0.4339+, Bitdefender will be active on all devices that have an antivirus profile assigned.

For this feature to be incorporated into a future release of MobiContol, you can contact support and submit a feature request.
