App Feedback Channel support is already in place in recent versions of SOTI. You need to enable it first via a Managed Google Play Configuration Profile:

Okay, thanks. We had it configured, but assumed OEMConfig wasn't working yet. Is there a way to export the data rather than tinker with the...less than friendly presentation?

Can you speak to exporting app feedback results somehow? It's current form is extremely frustrating and unreasonably challenging to use.

Currently, the app feedback logs cannot be exported, you can view them only in Web Console.
