Please provide more details about your query. Are you looking to configure the display size of the device during the Remote control or the device itself. You can change the display size of RC using the Zoom In/ out options in SOTI Assist as mentioned in the link below.

Hi and thank you for the response.

I am talking about the device not the remote control.

we are using iSafe and Zebra MC21 devices.

I have to manually change those setting into android display settings for the moment.

For Zebra devices, look up releant document(s) on Zebra's MX to find out if you can set the display size parameter remotely with XML file, which should be supported by Zebra Stagenow and/or MobiControl script for selected device model or firmware versions.
