Hello,
We would like to automatically send users of mobile phones an email if their device has not been online for a specific amount of time. I thought I could use compliance policies for that. However, I could not find a way to modify the text of the generated email. Is there a way to do so?
I'm not entirely sure if i got what you want but my best guess is setting up a signal policy may do the trick.
The only problem i see is, how to choose the right mail address but maybe you can look into this part of Mobicontrol if this maybe can do what you want.
Small hint:
I tried the Signal Policy too. Generally, it would work fine there, but as you mentioned, the problem is that I cannot send the email to the user because the variable %ENROLLEDUSER_EMAIL% is not accepted there.
The way I tried is shown in the screenshot. This works fine, but it comes with a predefined email template. It would be great if it could be customised. This is especially important because we have to consider multiple languages.
Yeah as i thought somehow...then the only option i can think off is using an external tool using api calls or webhooks to do this.
