No way of getting this information out of Soti.

The only way you can acchieve this would be that you compare via API on regular base the device IMEI's (if the have one) or SNR (if they don't have a IMEI) with the ones in the ZTP.
And if it's not found in the ZTP, create a notification somewhere (ex. a mail as you meant).

But, an IT admin can't register new devices to ZTP, this can only be done by the reseller (and I wonder why they should register a device they haven't sold as those should be in the ZTP then already). Or are you talking about assigning a configuration (so they are already in the portal but with no configuration assigned).

I also wonder why/how devices should appear in your console if you use ZTE already or are you just moving to it?
