Is there a possibility to enroll a Samsung device via KME or otherwise with WiFi 802.1X EAP association mode?
As far as I know, 802.1X EAP seems not sufficiently supported, as least not at the moment. This can be mainly due to limitations in firmware and Knox libraries from Samsung.
