Hello Frank, 

Thank you for your message. Here are the steps for performing this:

1. Upload the template to your SOTI Connect File Store under Menu > System Management > File Store (on Connect v2.3.1)
2. Return to the device dashboard (click on the SOTI Connect name at the top-left of your console), select the applicable printer(s) and use the ‘Download File from File Store’ action to send the template to the printer.
3. The template will be put on the printer’s E drive and can be called on from there.
