Disable System Apps under Android Enterprise

Hello all, 

i want to disable Apps on a Honeywell CN80 with Android 11. On my other Phones in the company, i can enable Apps with following script: 

enable_system_app com.sec.android.gallery3d
 
Is it possible to disable Apps with the same script, but with the disable in front of it? 
 
Or is it possible to do it with another script?

Once a hidden bundled app on an Android-Enterprise device-owner mode device has been enabled with the script command you mentioned,  it cannot be hidden unless a device factory reset is performed. However,  without a factory reset, the app can still be disallowed from being run using blacklist of application-run-control related policy.

Thank you Raymond for giving this solution. As mentioned, you can create a profile under => Application Run Control, and blacklist the applications of your choice, by adding Application Name or Bundle Identifier.
