Device Ring

Hello,

Is there any way to ring a device loudly (regardless of silent status)?

The devices are TC700H and TC700X

Soti Version: 15.2.1.1094
Agent Version : 14.4.3.1074 and 14.4.6.1001

Hello,

normally, on the folder where it's locate the device -> click on the three dot on the folder and choose execute action -> remote ring
