I want to show In-House Application in Application Catalog , it missed in android enterprise version, because of i have private app of my company dont want upload to Playstore

You must upload the in-house-app in the "private app" section of your Managed Google Play Apllication Catalog rule.
There is no other way in Android Enterprise.

Did you try pushing the in-house apk through Enterprise Applications of Application Catalog? If not, please go through the below link and check if that works:
Or else, you can upload your apk as a Private App on the Managed Google Play tab as suggested by Simon.
Usually, the best way to deploy the in-house apps is to push it as a package via profile to the devices. It is more secured and can be easily managed from the console. But pushing the app via this method will not show up on the Application Catalog list, instead it will be installed on the home screen of the device.

If you don't want to upload your inhouse application to Google Playstore, why don't you create a .pcg from you .apk and deploy the application (whehter silent push or on-demand) via Android-Enterprise profile?

I'm sorry I can't understand what you meant in your post.
Just in case you don't know, if you create a .pcg from your .apk and deploy it on-demand via Android-Enterprise profile, end-user can check the app description you input and decide whether to install the app at any time he/she desires. The two major differences from using App-Catalog rules are
1. End-user checks the app information and initiate installation in the profile tab within the device agent app rather than from a centralized page of app catalog.
2. Only one app should be deployed with one such on-demand profile to provide the most granular control on what to be installed/uninstalled. The drawback is that the user-interface in the profile tab will look messy and less attractive than the more unified app-catalog view.
