do you mean the new Function to create a Enrollment QR Code with wifi credentials?

Or do you mean a Stage Now Barcode for Zebra Devices ?

But the query is not very clear.
There also used to be lightweight agent app called MobiControl Stage that was pre-built into some device images such as the TC8000. That is a very antiquated concept at this point however given that it has fallen out of use so whatever documentation OP is referring to is likely outdated.
- MobiControl Stage Programmer - Android app for building QR codes for Android Enterprise enrollment on other devices. Largely replaced by the built in QR generator in newer versions of MC.
-MobiControl Stage - Lightweight agent for initial staging on legacy Android devices managed by DA. No longer being used, as far as I'm aware.
