Benedict is correct that cases can also be submitted by e-mailing support@soti.net . After doing so you will receive an e-mail with your case number and a Technical Support Specialist will reach out to you.
For assistance with the issue you are experiencing in creating the case, feel free to create a case VIA e-mail address and discuss this with your SOTI Technical Support Specialist privately if the details are private, if not please provide a screenshot and we can try to assist you here.
