At this moment in time, it is not possible to collect Foreground Apps in Windows Modern via a Data Collection Rule. As a result, I suggest you raise a Feature Request via support@soti.net / Log a Case, and make sure to answer these questions:
1. What is the business problem – use real-life scenario(s) to describe the problem/pain points.
2. Number of users impacted by this problem and how often.
3. What is being done to work around this problem.
4. What is the proposed solution?
Once it is raised and in the hands of our Product Management Team, we will then proceed accordingly.
