equivalent of (Zebra) Soti Script MXConfig but for JSON files ?

Hello,

is there already some mechanism to apply json files (created from Zebra StageNow) the same way as it is possible with XML files with help of Soti-script command "mxconfig" ?

Of course I have already tried to use mxconfig with json file....just error in log: Custom log (Mxconfig failed: /sdcard/factory11.txt)

MC 15.6.3, AEDO, Zebra TC58 with A11 (OEM 11-20-08.00-RG-U01-STD-ATH-04)

I know I still can use XML Files, but already preparing for the time of Android 13, there the XML files are gone.

I have been asking Zebra and SOTI about this for a while now in preparation for this. Zebra eventually changed their stance and pushed the goalposts to Android 14 as their transition OS where XML submission will be discontinued. They have since updated their documentation to reflect this. Android 13 will allow XML based MX submission so we will continue to leverage the mxconfig script with XML for the time being.  Anything up through MX 11.9 (I believe it is the cut off) will be supported by XML in A13, post that the plan is to shift to the new Javascript based interface.
