Hello,
I was told from SOTI Support to open a new thread here, so that the question can be forwarded to SOTI product management.
Basically, I need a SOC 2 type 2 Report regarding our SOTI Cloud Instance. It is planned that a customer will integrate their devices into our Instance, and the customer asks for that Report in order to finish their Security Assessment. The issue is somewhat urgent, so I hope for a quick turnaround.
