How do you mean? Just the new hostname or more likely like an alert that it has been changed?

For Windows Modern device platform,  you can consider using Powershell script to get the machine/hostname written to an INI/XML/JSON file, and add a custom-data policy to collect such information regularly for syncing back to the MobiControl server.
