• Is there any upgrades or recent changes has performed on mobicontrol server end recently just before you notice this issue
• Secondly kindly confirm if you already tried to rebuild search indexes as mentioned in link and tried to check search again after auto sync happens   https://discussions.soti.net/thread/devices-disapear-in-sorting-but-shown-in-searching/
• In last kindly also confirm about no of delpoyment servers and management servers  in your environment.

If your MobiControl server was upgraded from v13.x or earlier, some manual procedure to configure/clean-up the search module/database and internal firewall settings may be needed.
