Can you please confirm if the Services on MobiControl Admin Utility on the MobiControl server is running? If not, please start the services and login to web-console again.

Navigate to the Global Settings on MobiControl web-console and check if there is a duplicate entry for Management server showing offline. If yes, please delete the offline entry after confirming that all the transactions are recorded on the one which is online. You can also raise a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to assist you better?
