Hello everyone, 

We are almost closing a deal at Brazil with a new customer, this customer has SQL 2019 paid and deployed. I can use this version to this new installation?


SOTI guarantees support if I use this version?

Hi Jorge,

Thanks for the post!

Unfortunately, the latest version of MobiControl(V15.x) works only on below versions of SQL server. SOTI Cannot guarantee support if you install on SQL 2019.

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2014
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (Service Pack 2 Cumulative Update 1)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017

When my customers have similar issues as yours, then I will ask them to download and install earlier version like MS SQL 2017, which Microsoft allows their licensed customers to downgrade to.
