I assume you are trying to run the kiosk mode on android devices. if not please let me know.

There could be many reasons why the devices does not want to go into the kiosk mode.

• Agent upgrade is out of date and need an update
• you are trying to assign an android legacy profile to android enterprise devices
• you are trying to assign an android enterprise profile to android legacy devices

It would be easier if you could provide us more information.

You should define "tried everything".

You just have to deplay a profile which has the kiosk mode and an admin password (authentication) provided. If both is in place correctly, it should work.

If after performing steps from the article above you still experience issue, please provide us with the following details:

1. Is it AE device? Work Managed?

2. Have you pushed the Lockdown Profile to the device? Did it install?

3. Do you see any errors (screenshot would be beneficial).

In addition, you can add as many details as you can and as you think will add more clarity to the issue.
