Mobicontrol Settings Manager v14.4.0 not compatible with Android v10

Hi,

Our Samsung SM-T510 tablets are now upgrading to V10 Android and afterwards we now have a warning message that pops up when running Mobicontrol Settings Manager... "The apps was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer."

I downloaded and created a new package for the latest available version from SOTI and the problem will exists.

Can you offer any advice please?

Hi Gavin,

Looks like we're aware of this issue and have created a development ticket for this.   Feel free to raise a case and reference the development ticket and we can confirm if its the same issue or not. We'll then proceed accordingly.

Hi Gavin / Johan,

The compatibility message issue seems to be in the pipeline for a 15.4 fix, however I recommend you create a Support Case through support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net, and as a result, we can look into a potential quicker resolution. You can reference MCMR-23322 within your Support Case.

Apart from the warning message pop-up, does the Settings Manager app operate properly to configure the selected device settings?
