There might be a method to tackle this, firstly can you clarify the following:

• Are you using a lockdown configuration?
• Do you know the Bundle ID (For example com.android.scan) of the scan function/app?
• Can you clarify how you're blocking the keyboard?

Hi, first of all i enabled the datawedge scan app from the Zebra TC51.
and i also deleted in the scan app Soti Surf. so that it scans normally.

Indeed when i lock down the device and click on disable keyboard in Soti Surf under Kiosk mode.
Only if i click on disabled keyboard there the keyboard won't show but the scan function also stops working than.
If i enable it it starts working again

Try this script action and see if behavior changes:

manualblacklist addallowed com.symbol.datawedge
manualblacklist on

Manualblacklist Reference:

turning it on: manualblacklist on
turning it off: manualblacklist off
resetting the list: manualblacklist reset
authorise something: manualblacklist addallowed bundle-id
block something: manualblacklist add

If that doesn't work try: Never_block_list add com.symbol.datawedge and then Never_block_list clear to clear it when necessary.

Hi I tried this script but that didn't work. the scanner scans but without any output like text.

when i click on disable Soti Surf keyboard 

Before i used always the "Null Keyboard.apk" app. but maybe you know a way without this app.

Yes tried that also that won't change anything. 
If you remove the Lock down config and only enable in Soti Surf the Kiosk. 
And disable the keyboard than it also won't work. 

I see the scan light and it beeps but no output like Text.

I already solved it with a workarround:

1. Tab on the keyboard in Soti Surf down in the left corner there is an keyboard icon
2. Change it to Mobicontrol and the keyboard is gone and the scanner stil works.

Is there a Script for it btw? would be nice
