Samsung XC6P is requiring a full factory reset after adding eSIM, tried adding eSIM on device without SOTI enrolled on it and it goes through just fine after the prompt "restart and switch"...while enrolled in SOTI, if i just do a restart it will not pull the number until i factory reset it. so current steps i have to take for fresh out of the box device, I have to enroll the device to get to sim settings, factory reset the device to pull a number and then enroll the device again to proceed with setting it up. This is a pain. Why is the eSIM not pulling after a simple restart (when SOTI is on the device) and we have to do a full factory reset, delete out of SOTI and do the enrollment process again.
