Block OS Upgrade on Samsung Work Managed Devices

Issue

SOTI MobiControl Administrators are unable to block the Operating System (OS) Upgrade indefinitely on Samsung devices enrolled as Android Enterprise Work Managed Device.

SOTI MobiControl Administrators are unable to block the Operating System (OS) Upgrade indefinitely on Samsung devices enrolled as Android Enterprise Work Managed Device.

Affects

All Samsung devices enrolled as Android Enterprise Work Managed Devices.

Resolution

Please upgrade your Android Enterprise* agent on your Samsung Work Managed Device to version 13.5 or above, and send the following Feature Control script command:

apply featurecontrol

*A Samsung ELM License must be activated on the device prior to sending the script command.
