When attempting to assign a profile that contains a certificate payload that contains a multiple certificate PFX file, the profile will fail to install.

Affects

All versions of MobiControl server and agent

 

Cause

MobiControl does not support the assignment of profiles that contain a multiple certificate PFX file.

 

Resolution

 

Separate each certificate in it's own PFX file.
