Updating SOTI Snap apps impacted by SOTI Assist v2.0 API changes

If you use SOTI Assist APIs in your SOTI Snap apps, follow the steps in this guide to reduce the impact of the SOTI Assist API changes. 

Note: These steps are only applicable for apps that use SOTI Assist APIs.

1. Compare your SOTI API usage with the APIs that were changed. To see a list of the changed APIs, visit Changes in SOTI Assist 2.0 that may affect customers using Assist API

1. Compare your SOTI API usage with the APIs that were changed. To see a list of the changed APIs, visit Changes in SOTI Assist 2.0 that may affect customers using Assist APIs on SOTI Central.
2. Update any affected API references in your SOTI Snap app.
3. Republish the app and uncheck the 'Retain Records option'. (see image below).

Note: You can re-enable this option in subsequent publications of your app.

4. Publish your app.
