Upcoming release of SOTI Snap (Version 4.0)

We are happy to inform you that SOTI Snap 4.0 is all set for release this month.

Here is a quick list of key features that will be available in the new version:

• Workflow: Drag and drop workflow process builder that gives anyone the power to easily automate and map approval-based business processes across departments in a SNAP. Workflow apps with complete audit trails help any company to streamline approval processes, identify inefficiencies, increase transparency, and improve compliance. 
• Schedule Reports: SOTI Snap brings an efficient way to track reports on a periodic basis. App developers can schedule a desired report (say, daily, weekly, monthly basis) for intended console users. 
• Granular app permissions: App owners can now avoid unintended actions (such app edits, report access) from their app collaborators. SOTI Snap enables app owners to exercise granular control over the actions performed by their app collaborators. 
• Advanced Table Widget: Table Widget now allows App developers to build SOTI Snap apps using which end users can create, update or delete a record in addition to read from a connected private database 
• General Improvements  
  • Report downloading experience has been improved to avoid any download failures  
  • Customers can download assets (such as images, signature) along with CSV records 
  • Video Player Widget is no longer a beta feature now. It is available even on iOS devices.  
  • Textbox now supports regular expressions (regex) for validations 
  • SOTI Snap data access controller supports stored procedures  
  • Several blockly improvements have been made by introducing new blocks and enhancing existing blocks.
