Situation

When a user unselects the check box for Ask me every time in the remote control preferences panel, there will not be pop-ups for the user after the selection.

Process Description

1. Login to the SOTI MobiControl web console.

2. On the top right corner, select the down arrow next to your username.

3. Select Preferences. A dialogue box appears.

4. Select Remote Control and toggle on Ask me every time I start a session to re-enable the option to select between the two remote control options.

Verification and Validation

If the setting is toggled on, the remote control dialogue box will appear when starting a remote control session on a device.
