Description
A change in Android 14 impacts the normal operation of the SOTI XSight agent, causing it to collect data at irregular intervals, leading to data inaccuracies. This issue also affects some versions of Android 13.
We have resolved this issue with SOTI XSight agents 2024.0.4 and later and can provide a patch for customers unable to upgrade.
This issue is inconsistent, meaning customers running Android 14 might not always notice it. However, the agent's irregular operation will impact data quality. We recommend upgrading SOTI XSight agents to avoid data discrepancies
