OEM Update

For those on a build of 2025.0.2, the OEM Update is supported via a Device Type Definition (DTD) file release targeted for SOTI Connect 2025.0.2 installations, which provides users with a file they can import into SOTI Connect to update supported devices without requiring a SOTI Connect upgrade. These updates can contain new supported device firmware versions, new devices and more. To install the DTD file, users need to:

• Download the DTD File
• Import it through Device Type Definitions page on Connect
• Restart the Management Server

Connect Android Agent for Bluetooth

Download the SOTI Connect Bluetooth Agent .apk to enable Android-based Bluetooth connectivity, pairing, and monitoring for supported printers.
