Minimum System Requirements

• SOTI MobiControl 15.4 or higher.
• Google Chrome or Firefox browser
• Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2017 or 2019 (on-premise installations only)
• Windows Server 2016, or Windows Server 2019
• Processor: 2 GHz or faster
• Memory (RAM): 4 GB or more
• Hard disk space: 200 MB

SOTI XSight Agent

The agent allows SOTI XSight to collect data from the device and send it to SOTI XSight the server to process and display on the dashboards. This is required to be installed on any Android and Windows device that you would like to monitor and analyze.

Requires MobiControl agent to be installed.

XT Sock Live View Plugin SDKs

XT Sock Live Plugin SDKs collects real-time data from your business-critical apps to visualize your business performance in real-time with SOTI XSight Live View. This is required to be installed on any Android and Windows device that you would like to monitor.

XT Sock Smart Battery Plugin

XT Sock Smart Battery Plugins are made specifically for each manufacturer to capture enhanced battery analytics. These require SOTI XSight and the MobiControl agents to be installed.
