Updating or Downgrading Zebra Printer Firmware Using Zebra Setup Utilities

To downgrade the Zebra printer's firmware using Zebra Setup utilities.

Note: You can use a similar approach to perform firmware updates.

1. Get the firmware file from the Zebra team. e.g.

2. Launch the Zebra Setup Utilities application. It can be downloaded from:

https://www.zebra.com/ap/en/support-downloads/software/printer-software/printer-setup-utilities.html

3.  Go to Open Printer Tools > Action > Send file.

4.  Select the firmware image file.

5. Send this file to the device:

6. The Printer will restart and have a notification "Downloading image" on the screen.
