Important Notes About This Release

This Device Type Definition (DTD) release applies to SOTI Connect 2026.2.0 and replaces the existing DTD download link on SOTI Pulse. The changes in this release will be included by default in future versions of SOTI Connect. You do not need to run the installer to use this DTD release. On the Device Type Definition page in the SOTI Connect console, simply import the new DTD bundle.

Release Highlights

New Devices

SOTI Connect now supports the following Honeywell devices:

  • RP2: Firmware version 19.07_1463T 0006
  • RP4: Firmware version:19.07_1463T 0006

Updated Devices

SOTI Connect has updated actions and minor format changes to the Zebra printers over MQTT RPC. A new USB Connected property shows whether the printer is connected over USB.

Known Issues

IOT-32838 Honeywell MQTT printers may drop the MQTT and Wi-Fi connection, causing SOTI Connect to lose communication with the printer. Rebooting the printer restores the connection.
