My customer uses an Wifi environment, where each devices is identified by a static address. We now need to bring in around 50 new devices an need to set an individual static ip therefore. I pushed a fusion profile to each device, but how can I individually set the static IP? I do not hope that a need to create 50 separate profiles for this? Thanks for any hint on that

Hi all, We recently received quite a number of brand new iphone 6's from our provider all running iOS 12. I upgraded MobiControl to 14.2.1.4394, it's running on windows server 2008 R2 with the TLS 1.2 registry patch and our SSL cert is running at the appropriate SHA256 with 2048 bit key (our own certificate, not a mobicontrol one). All our devices are now showing the following error on first run; Profile Installation Failed The SCEP server returned an invalid response. What do I need to change to fix this, can't really tell the exec team we 120 paperweights.

I need to install ica client (.cab file) on old windows mobile devices, and it has to be silent. The \noui switch works fine for all other .cab files, but for Citrix .cab file it still asks to accept EULA to continue installation on the handheld devices. Does anyone know how to remove this ?

Hi , I'm unable to enable sync settings for this VM3 Honeywell Device which is running on OS Windows Enterprise 64bit , the reason i wanted to enable this function because advised by one of the technical team from SOTI where i'm not able to send packages ( I/O error ) This unit enrolled in Windows classic , but the packages successfully deploy whenever we restart the SQL / MS / DS services in MobiControl server. After the upgrading, on a new enrollment, we have the following warning : Invalid device software version, Device is not allowed to upgrade. The FileSync doesnt start. Since we have a hundred of devices (windows mobile devices MC55, MC67), we would like to make a change in the database in order to tell the MobiControl server to accept the agent version which is actually on the devices. It would be a burden to change manually the agent version on the devices. We are using MobiControl Staging embedded on the devices : one barcode read and everything is deployed on the PDA via FileSync. More is done via a script in this MobiControl staging sequence so we can't enroll, upgrade the agent via the console then FileSync. Thanks for your support on that question, Lionel
Hello I have a around 250 GETAC RX-10 Tablets running on a standard Windows platform and would like to monitor the SIM ICCID and the IMEI number of the device. Could someone tell me how I can extract this information from the tablet into SOTI. From what I have read the ICCID can be extracted from the Windows registry using a rules based approach. I am using version 14.1.3.1587 of Mobi Control. Thank you. Regards Dave

I can call it via the script window without issue but it fails to run via the package postscript. I've configured timesync (Windows Desktop - Time Sync., tested with deployment and NTP server) on the group of the devices. However, the Windows Desktop client (VM3) doesn't sync the time (date is ok, time difference is +6h24m). In the device log i see a warning (not at every checkin): "Inaccurate device date-time detected" Any tips for this?

Hello, My terminal Omnii XT15 Windows CE 6.0 was connected to my soti mobicontrol server but this XT15 failed, it has been sent to maintenance and now it's back with a new motherboard. I tried to install Soti mobicontrol agent as it was before the reparation but unfortunatly the communication beetween the terminal and soti server was not ok (the terminal was still present in the soti console but not "on"). So i deleted the terminal registred in Soti (i also deleted the certificat), removed the agent from the terminal, created a new deployment agent, installed it on the terminal but still no communication beetween terminal and soti server.
