Hello all, we have some device as zebra tc 75x. We have a mobicontrol on version 13.3.034.54 Mobicontrol client is on version : 13.5.1617 Well, we have the lock down but by selected text (select, press and share) on lock down some user can access to the device (lockdown off). Ok we have make a change by include some css on the lock down for to avoid this . It's seems to work. But, do you know in case of user can access to the device (lockdown off) if it possible to block any installation of application ? My goal will be to disable any installation of application made by a user... I've search a little and see nothing in feature control but on application run control i've seen it's possible to add white application list and black application list. But perhpas something exist and i haven't see it ? thanks for sharing your knowledge
I've just noticed that application stays on device after being removed from profile. Is it expected behavior or I've messed up with profile configuration (didn't increment version) ?
Simple request, is there a way to restrict access to apps via their bundle identifier? I could swear I used this before, but it may have been in a different MDM...
Hello, if i try to take a picture with an application in kiosk mode i receive the message: com.sec.android.gallery3d is deactivated. The script "enable_system_app com.sec.android.gallery3d" is not working. i get this message: Script command is not supported by device (enable_system_app) what else could i ty? I have android 7.11 devices being enrolled onto MobilControl 14.1 via Android Enterprise Required (non-default) apps are applied via Application Catalog, all well and good All pre-installed apps (most notably the camera and Gmail) are being uninstalled (or at least hidden) The profile initially used did not have Application Run Control enabled. I have since tried setting that up to no avail. I can force enable the camera via the enable_system_app script command but I don't want it to be gone in the first place. What am I missing please? Gmail could go in the App Catalog but it's already installed. And that does not solve the loss of the camera. Cheers

Hi, I am looking for documentation on using the application configuration schema to configure applications on android. As I understand it, this can be used to query the available configuration settings on a given application in the play store. It can then be used to push those settings along with an apk install. Is there documentation available regarding the requirements to make this happen and walk me through an example of this? Thanks, Shawn
Hey hello everyone 1- the first one is about location services in mobicontrol, is there any way to to make it work offline since we are using Mobicontrol in an offline facility? 2- the second question is about the Application Catalog for Android+ devices, the application can't be downloaded, it says on the error that the link isn't working but it actually is , it has been tested in the device's browser and it is working 3- is there a way to take a user/thief 's photo without them knowing about it best regards
I have deployed these apps as "Suggested" applications in my App Catalog Rules, so the user must navigate to the App Catalog webclip in order to install/update these applications. When an update is available, they click on the "Download" button next to the application. However, on some of my users' iOS devices, after the application is updated on the device, the application fails to launch. Note that although it only affects some users, this has happened when updating any of the applications in the App Catalog, so it is not application specific.
I'm trying to setup Application Catalog for Android and Android+ Devices. I have added the enterprise apk:s correctly etc. Still the Application catalog in the devices are empty. Content library works like a charm. Soti version 13.3. Any help?
