Hello,

if i try to take a picture with an application in kiosk mode i receive the message: com.sec.android.gallery3d is deactivated.

The script "enable_system_app com.sec.android.gallery3d" is not working. i get this message: Script command is not supported by device (enable_system_app)

what else could i ty?

As you are using Android+ platform device agent,  enable_system_app won't work.

if you actually allow the device end-user to use "Gallery" to look at the photos taken by your camera app, why not just add an extra kiosk item "Launch:\\com.sec.android.gallery3d" ?

on our other devices this error does not occur. same lockdown, same app.

i guess i can wipe the phone and re-enroll it. but maybe there is another way?

Why wipe and re-enroll?

Is it simpler to add an extra kiosk item "Launch:\\com.sec.android.gallery3d" ?

I guess the difference stems from the fact that you have configured the camera app in your problematic device to  display the image just taken to allow the device end-user to edit or perform other action(s) on it, and the default/only app on the device to do such display/editing is com.sec.android.gallery3d.
