We have MobiControl 14.2.2.1170 and iPod IOS Version 12.1.4 with Client Version 13.2.1.3693 We want use "Remote Screen Sharing". What do I have to adjust. How do I access the clients?
Hi, I would like to enroll a couple users in apple's iOS beta service. Currently we disabled UI profile installation. How would i create a profile to have the iOS_12_Beta_Profile.mobileconfig pushed to these devices? I was off work for 17 months and received no training in MobiControl so i basically learn on the fly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've cloned our companies existing profile for iPhones, as a test group. I've added 9 users to this group. All devices have received and installed the test profile, but 1 user is not able to do one of the functions specified in authentication. User has an iPhone 7 (12.1.4) and is unable to specify and easy password. On my phone i created a simple password, was advised that it could easily be guessed but selected "user anyways". My colleague who is on the same profile, confirmed it has been installed, cannot specify a simple password. When he does he gets the message that the password can easily be guessed but only gets the option to "change password", use anyways is not an option. We have force restarted the phone. Still will not apply that one setting Everything else appears to be correct. Any ideas?
Hello Is it possible via MobiControl create a Schedule Task which start the distribution of the IOS update to the IOS devices Powershell ? Script ? Task ?
Looking for some insight in how to best accomplish this. We have active directory integration, but quickly realize that passwords are not passed through. Our WiFi Network is WPA2 802.1X. In our auto join Wifi profile we have the Protocols set to LEAP and PEAP, username as domain\%ENROLLEDUSER_USERNAME%. There is no macro for password, so we've left it blank. When a device with this profile tries to join the network it fails. If we try to manually connect, it gets the correct username but there is no box to enter the password and the connection fails. Does anyone know how to locate the APNS certificate in the database? Or an alternate solution to removing the APNS expiry warning every time I log into MobiControl. Thanks
Is anyone else having this issue? All of our enterprise devices have a profile that delays OS updates for 90 days. All of these devices are iOS 12+, but they randomly allow the user to update to the latest version of iOS. I'm looking at three identical devices right now and two of them will not allow an update (they have the "Your iPhone is running the latest software..." message) but one of them is asking to download and install 12.1.3.

After we enrolled the device, App Catalog is installed on the device successfully. We have some apps that we distribute via vpp account. Everything was working fine but now It doesn't install the app. When we click install button in app catalog(Web clip that list apps to be installed), Soti give the message of cant be installed contact to the administrator. When ı try to refresh vpp account it says I have just downloaded the vpp token and uploaded it Any help will be very useful Thanks

Hello, how i can protect removing of profiles from IOs (Iphone)?. Unistallation of SOTI agent is protected and manual unenroll from agent is forbidden too. DEP is not supported . Regards: Milen
Hi, is it possible to change the following Warning during iOS enrollment (profile installation) for non DEP devices? "Installing this profile will allow the administrator at <URL> to remotely manage your iPhone. The administrator may collect personal data, add/remove accounts and restrictions, install, manage and list apps, and remotely erase data on your iPhone". In addition to that we have to change the text for DEP devices because our data protection manager doesn't accept this "issue" even though we have already a company aggreement. Our workaround to apply our indivdual terms and conditions during enrollment is unfortunately not enough. Best regards, Marcel

Hi all, We recently received quite a number of brand new iphone 6's from our provider all running iOS 12. I upgraded MobiControl to 14.2.1.4394, it's running on windows server 2008 R2 with the TLS 1.2 registry patch and our SSL cert is running at the appropriate SHA256 with 2048 bit key (our own certificate, not a mobicontrol one). All our devices are now showing the following error on first run; Profile Installation Failed The SCEP server returned an invalid response. What do I need to change to fix this, can't really tell the exec team we 120 paperweights.
