Is it possible via MobiControl create a Schedule Task which start the distribution of the IOS update to the IOS devices Powershell ? Script ? Task ?
As far as I know, Apple currently only allows EMM/MDM software to block firmware update for a maximum of 90 days from firmware release date on supervised iOS11.3+ devices, and no other control (e.g. silent-push, scheduled push, etc.) on firmware update is possible. Hence, what you ask for is not possible for any EMM solution available on the market today.
