Currently there seem only the possibility to postpone OS updates up to 90 days via feature control but i haven'T seen something you are looking for and already available for android to define update schedules etc..

But maybe this will come in near future with a later version because they seem currently put focus on Windows and Mac/iOS/Printers if you look at the last release notes.

Rafael is right! We do not have any function to automate IOS update and control the time but we have an option to push a feature control profile to Delay software and OS Update availability by maximum 90 days(Requires iOS11.3+,Supervision).
