Hi, We are trying to upgrade current devices running 8.1.0 to OS 10. I understand you have to go to OS 9.0 > 10.0 rather than to 10 directly. I have created a package in MC Studio with the local OS9 files which has the below 'Post script' sendIntent -s "intent:#Intent;component=com.datalogic.systemupdate/com.datalogic.systemupdate.SystemUpgradeService;i.action=2;S.path=/storage/emulated/0/Download/memor10-ota-row-2.03.04.20200311.zip;i.reset=0;i.force_update=1;end" The profile is marked as 'installed' and the files are successfully transferred to the correct location e.g Downloads, however nothing happens on the device and the update does not start. Can someone please advise on how to get this working or the best way to upgrade these devices OS? Thanks Craig
Hello, I have ran into an issue in the last 6 months where our Managed Google Enterprise is taking DAYS to assign a newly enrolled device with an Android Identity (Google Work Account). This process used to be instant. I had a ticket opened with Soti and the technician that helped me, basically, stated "it is what it is" and there was no resolution besides waiting for Google to automatically enroll the device. Has anyone had this issue and/or found a resolution? Does anyone have a way to disable or mute the "Pending Actions" notifications. Hello everyone. I had to reinstall one of our device today.
