Issues upgrading Memor 10 OS via Profiles

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade current devices running 8.1.0 to OS 10.

I understand you have to go to OS 9.0 > 10.0 rather than to 10 directly. 

I have created a package in MC Studio with the local OS9 files which has the below 'Post script'

sendIntent -s "intent:#Intent;component=com.datalogic.systemupdate/com.datalogic.systemupdate.SystemUpgradeService;i.action=2;S.path=/storage/emulated/0/Download/memor10-ota-row-2.03.04.20200311.zip;i.reset=0;i.force_update=1;end"

The profile is marked as 'installed' and the files are successfully transferred to the correct location e.g Downloads, however nothing happens on the device and the update does not start. 

Can someone please advise on how to get this working or the best way to upgrade these devices OS?

Have you tried the script afterwards sending via legacy script directly to the device?
Is the file path correct and so on?

It might require a reboot to complete? Maybe try sending the script manually to a test device that has the ZIP file already downloaded and adjust the script with the reboot enabled? i.reset=1
