Shared phone management with Microsoft SSO applications

I am writing to find out if other SOTI administrators are experiencing this issue in their companies. I have Samsung XCOVER 7 phones that are shared by several users on the same day. We have applications on these phones that require SSO authentication via Microsoft 365. When the phone is passed around, it is very difficult for the user to log in to these applications because SOTI Surf (or another browser) caches the last 365 login for SSO. I am forced to manually clear the app data and cache, but this is not manageable. Do you have any ideas for automating this more easily? The user is not permitted in the shared device configuration

Hello guys, I have an LDAP connection setup and working, can connect through it in the webconsole .. I can recover my LDAP groups in the Users/groups directories. If i had a group i'm belonging (or whoever) as adminstrators, then i had Shared Device Configuration to my devices with the group i'm belonging. (samsung S7 FE for example). My device now show the Shared Login screen, and on that screen if i input my username/pwd, it authenticate (success shows in logs). But return a message "Failed to authorize user 'username' because the user is not permitted in the shared device configuration" Agent V15.4.3 Build 1054 Server : 15.3 Any ideas on that ?  Thanks !

Shared Device - Usage for Office365

Shared device for office use. Hi, I have successfully deployed a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 as a Work Managed Device recently. The plan is that this device will be used by many different users who will end up working with their personal Office 365 / Onedrive. After logging out, they should be logged out of their personal Onedrive, etc. so that the following user cannot see the data. Is it the right way to set up a shared device configuration, add all potential users to an AD group and then create a lockdown profile with shared-device:// as autostart? In the video guide from Soti it says that you should set "App.login" as the icon with the program "shared-device://", this does not seem to be possible in the latest version. I have now done it this way: The video guide has the following option: I only have these options: Unfortunately, when I click on the new icon, I get the message that I should check my Internet connection. Is my plan basically possible to achieve? Where is my error? Android 13 Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 as Work Managed Soti Version: 15.6.1.1048 onPrem   Cheers Maik
